Martin Hathaway

Before joining YourRail, Martin Hathaway was the Chief Executive of Yorkshire & Humber Chambers of Commerce Ltd which represents the views of, and provides support to 13000 businesses in Yorkshire. Working closely with regional and national bodies Martin has sat on the regional assembly and has successfully set up and run 2 social enterprises both of which have £million turnovers.
Martin has spent the last 13 years working in business support in a number of management roles having previously worked in the City of London as a futures broker. Enterprise has always been a key interest of Martins and he has been involved in a number of businesses as an owner and non-executive director and is currently chair of the region’s Young People’s Enterprise Forum and is also the Yorkshire regional chair of the charity Young Enterprise. Always looking for the next big deal Martin is also a non-executive director of Partnership Investment Fund Limited, a 40 million pound venture capital company.
David Gillick

David Gillick has over 30 years of business and public sector experience, both in Britain and internationally. This has included a range of managing directorships and advisory positions. In addition to his work with fellow directors creating YourRail to supply electronic ticketing systems and technologies to train operators, he has advised Transport for London, Serco, Cisco Systems, Atos Origin and other companies on innovative transport initiatives.
David held senior management consultancy roles in A.T. Kearney, PA Consulting Group, the Telematics Partnership and LECG. David was an official in the Government of Canada for ten years, where he advised on communications policy, regulation and research & development. He was founding director of an FM radio station in Ontario and is an alumnus of Canada's University of Waterloo.
Alex Terrell

Alex Terrell has over 15 years of commercial and management consultancy experience, in Britain and in continental Europe. He has worked for A.T. Kearney in London and Brussels, where he managed major change programmes for clients in Europe and the USA. He has also worked for EDS, where he was responsible for European level change programs, including the establishment of the Europe-wide Application Engineering organisation, as well as for advising major clients on their e-business strategies.
Alex is a founder member of The Telematics Partnership which has provided expertise in transport and telecoms to a number of clients including Transport for London, Serco, Cisco Systems, Atos Origin. He has an Engineering and Management degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield University and Lyon Business School.
